Our Humanist Ceremony
A personal funeral ceremony is non- religious and focuses much more on the life and personality of the person who has passed away in fact every aspect of their life. It is written by the people who knew them best - the family friends and loved ones and can either be read by one of them or by a member of the association of independent celebrants or the humanist society.
Many people have said that Lorraine’s ceremony was more personal and that as a result they felt more involved in remembering her life.
